Mieko Resort is located at the northern end of scenic Lake Mieko in Sirkkakoski, Pello. Mieko is one of Finland’s finest catch-rich lakes and as such a very attractive destination for visitors keen on fishing. We can organise a guide to accompany you on request. For snowmobile tour groups, Mieko Resort provides a fantastic base of operations. Take off on a fresh adventure each morning and return to rest and relax in a cosy sauna at the end of the day.
Our accommodation capacity is strong; the five well-equipped upstairs bedrooms can accommodate 15-20 people and more beds can be arranged from the neighbouring holiday village if necessary. Our building can seat 20 diners, in addition to which you can avail of a recreational snug equipped with a karaoke system. A fireplace-baking oven creates a homey atmosphere and brings warmth to the dark winter nights. Our refurbished sauna and cooling-down room, terrace and a kota structure for 40 people are an inviting option at any time of year. We can supply you with towels on request.
