PÖRRÖPORO “FURRY REINDEER” – CAFÉ AND SHOP
Located on the Arctic Circle in the village of Juoksenki, the Pörröporo (in English “Furry Reindeer”) café offers tasty Lappish flatbread (rieska) sandwiches, soups, paninis and other delicious dishes. One of the specialities of the house is reindeer panini.
Pörröporo also offers high-quality packaged Lappish foods and souvenirs. The Pörröporo shop is a full-service reindeer meat seller, where reindeer meat is available all year round. The shop also sells a wide range of elk, bear, sheep, snow grouse, fish and berry products.
