Lapland Wild Fish – local Miekojärvi lake fish direct from fishermen
The Sirkkakoski fishing port in Pello also offers Miekojärvi Lake fish for individuals and businesses direct from the fishermen themselves. The fish are available drawn, minced, frozen, salted, as fillets or according to your needs. There are also live crayfish.
Fishing methods include traps, nets, seine, and bait. Zander, pike and burbot are on offer throughout the year. Vendace is available from July to October, and perch, bream and roach from April to September. Roe is collected according to the season. We also deliver once a week to Rovaniemi and Oulu.
